Partner for payment systems
In addition to banks and various credit card acquirers, our partners also include all relevant providers
of payment systems - as the only Payment Service Provider (PSP) in Germany we are e.g. in the
Location statements via direct debit, credit card, PayPal, ClickandBuy, T-Pay, Sofortüberweisung,
Phone and Premium SMS. New partners are added continuously.
Partner at Fraud-Protection
Via our platform, we allow access to over 10 different risk check providers,
including various providers of creditworthiness information (Schufa, Arvato Infoscore, Bürgel, Creditreform),
various providers of returned debit pools (Intercard, Arvato Infoscore), various providers of
Address databases etc.
Partner for debt collection
Debt collection partners on our platform are First Debit, Domnowski, Gothia, Arvato Infoscore,
Auer Witte Thiel, Acumio, Atriga and Diagonal. Further companies can be added without any problems.
Partner for hardware and software
We rely on IBM for our hardware. We use Microsoft .net for our payment software.
Architectures. Databases and web servers are also based on Microsoft technologies. Our IVR uses
Solutions from TE-Systems. The accessibility of the IVR is ensured by Deutsche Telekom.
