Buying goods and then disposing of them is not a sustainable way of doing business. CommDoo has developed a technical platform for the rental of goods in close cooperation with notebooksbilliger.de.
The solution developed by CommDoo not only includes functions for billing rental models, but also applications for installment payments, subscriptions and memberships. A special landing page can be provided if required. For projects with an annual turnover of 2,500,000 million or more, there is even the option of hosting the entire solution on the retailer's servers, including complete data storage.
Suppliers of luxury goods such as tobacco, CBD or alcohol still find it difficult to find payment methods. CommDoo now offers these providers a selected portfolio and premium payment methods.
Such as: For the largest German supplier of medical cannabis, we have developed a special Paylink solution with payment methods such as Klarna, online bank transfer, purchase on account and credit card. We support credit card billing and secure purchase on account for various CBD providers.
The assignment of payments to open items is one of the biggest challenges in payment transactions due to the confusion of different formats, unless you have a partner like CommDoo who standardizes all these formats.
In addition to our own .csv-based formats, which are extremely easy to process, there are now two highly specialized formats, MT940 and DATEV, which can be individualized and adapted to the requirements of retailer systems as required. Due to their flexibility, both the .csv formats and the MT940 format harmonize with large systems such as SAP or MS Dynamcis as well as with any other ERP or accounting system.

While WeChatPay is mainly used in everyday life and for smaller transactions, users prefer to pay for larger transactions with Alipay. There is no relevant limit on the amounts for either offer.

and then, after evaluating the results, decide on the optimal variant.
As of February 1, 2016, all direct debit transactions in all SEPA countries will be handled exclusively in the SEPA scheme. In time with the expiration of the transition period on 31.01.2016 CommDoo the last traders who still wanted to rely on the classic direct debit procedure, on the SEPA scheme migrated. Using the end customer's IBAN, CommDoo automatically detects whether his bank is participates in the SEPA procedure and which SEPA solution (CORE or CORE1) is supported. Chargebacks are minimized by this and due to a multitude of fraud prevention solutions. CommDoo also offers merchants the option of automated e-mail notifications about upcoming fraud. SEPA direct debits to their customers. With this procedure, merchants have so far very good experiences.
CommDoo is expanding its portfolio with Amazon Checkout on behalf of one of the largest providers of children's fashion in Germany by adding a convenient, fast and secure payment solution. Amazon Checkout makes it possible to avoid having to re-enter your data for repeat calls. Recognition takes place automatically on the basis of the data with which the customer logs into his Amazon account. Each additional click, each additional data entry can lead to cancellations in the payment process. It is therefore a great advantage for an optimal order process if the number of requested data is minimized.
With the Video on Demand portal watch4, Commdoo is looking after a new retailer that offers its customers high-quality video content as part of a subscription service. watch4.com is a video on demand portal that can be freely received by the end user. In addition to a large number of national and international series on public television, watch4 also offers cutting-edge content from the sports, travel, cooking, lifestyle, playboy and automotive sectors. The content is accessed via subscription models with a trial month. As payment methods, merchants can choose the options credit card, direct debit and PayPal.
With Colleon AG, Mainz, CommDoo has gained a new partner in the areas of debt collection and factoring. Jörg Hickethier, CEO of Colleon AG, already served clients such as the German Football Association (DFB) with CommDoo in his former position as managing director of Gothia Deutschland GmbH. The common goal is to define a fully automated process chain for affiliated dealers that minimizes bad debt losses. The cooperation with Colleon AG offers affiliated dealers the complete product range of debt collection and subsequent debt realisation from a single source. In addition, both companies offer their dealers factoring services, which are becoming increasingly important as an alternative to the bank's credit line.
CommDoo extends its extensive online manager with many new interactive functions.
Affiliated merchants can now book authorizations (capture), extend authorizations, issue credit notes (refund), repeat bookings (rebill), initiate cancellations, report incoming payments or also issue collection orders.
All functions can be used independently of the browser and operating system. No programs need to be installed on the respective end device.
As one of the world's leading providers of telephone payment services, CommDoo is expanding its portfolio with MultiCall to include a solution for high volumes. Telephone payment methods are always used when customers want to pay small amounts for digital devices (micropayments) without having to provide personal data. As soon as the amounts increase (macropayment), it becomes more difficult because the amount to be billed per call is strictly limited. MultiCall solves this problem by splitting the amount to be billed over several calls and the customer can always see on the CommDoo payment window what amount he has already paid and how many calls are still necessary. Interrupted payment transactions can be resumed again and again even after months.
Customers who pay by direct debit or credit card may in future refrain from re-entering their data for repeat bookings. Recognition takes place automatically, as many customers know it from Amazon, for example.
Conversion is one of the most important key figures for any webshop. Every additional click, every additional data entry can lead to aborts. For an optimal ordering process, it is therefore a great advantage if no more data needs to be queried. Instead, existing customers are shown the already known data and only one confirmation is requested.
CommDoo now offers its merchants in combination with Arvato Infoscore the possibility to access a browser fingerprint to prevent fraud. Almost every provider in the mail order business or in the field of digital goods has recorded losses due to significant activities. For example, different accounts with different identities are often created. Most of these fraud attempts can be detected reliably and securely with over 100 different CommDoo checking routines. However, the higher the criminal energy, the more valuable the option of identifying fraud attempts on the basis of the end device used becomes. A browser fingerprint is a digital fingerprint of a customer's system configuration. This is converted into a unique device ID, which can be blocked and limited as part of checking routines. CommDoo customers can book this service both as part of a risk package and as a stand-alone service.
CommDoo extends its extensive payment platform with a module that allows merchants to continue using their existing interface integrations when switching to CommDoo. It happens again and again that payment service providers discontinue their services or the support of individual interfaces. For the connected merchants, this usually means that you have to integrate a completely new interface. This is where the new CommDoo module comes in, as it allows the merchant to program without and to process all transactions with the existing interface call via the CommDoo platform in the future.
With our new Isopay payment system, CommDoo offers a special service for providers of telephone consulting services.
At Isopay, the customer's phone number serves as a virtual prepaid card that can be recharged using up to 10 different payment methods. This makes it possible to dispense with 0900 numbers and offer advisory services over 0800 or geographical numbers. The credit balances are managed by the provider himself or by CommDoo - depending on which platform the calls are routed via.
You can view a demo installation here. If you are interested, we will be happy to provide you with references or the names of partners for whom you can already use finished modules with an integrated Isopay interface.
CommDoo will continue to rely on data from Arvato Financial Solutions, one of the leading providers of scoring and fraud prevention services. In recent years, Arvato, in cooperation with CommDoo, has been able to expand its portfolio with device tracking services. As a result, CommDoo and Arvato have intensified their cooperation, resulting in CommDoo having optimized access to Arvato's data. By combining the proven CommDoo fraud prevention with this data, our customers continue to receive optimal protection against fraud.
The city of Marburg has a special application that is controlled by a 0900 number in the CommDoo network. A light installation by the Marburg artist Helmi Ohlhagen is installed at the Spiegelslustturm in Marburg. It shows a stylized heart and is activated by calling the chargeable telephone number 09005-771207. The city's net income from the fees (99 cents per minute) will benefit 100 percent non-profit institutions. Further information can be found here: http://www.marburg.de/771207.
With Klarna, the Europe-wide leading provider of secure invoice purchase on the Internet, CommDoo expands its portfolio with another large partner.
One of the biggest challenges in online payment continues to be to carry out the purchase on account yourself and to continually optimise the risk management instruments used. Not every webshop wants to or can accept this challenge. This is where Klarna's services make life easier for many, as Klarna takes over the entire payment process for the retailer and also offers a payment guarantee in many European countries.
CommDoo integration enables connected webshops to use individual interfaces for downstream communication with Klarna (e.g. Capture, Cancel, Refund, EPA). It is therefore primarily aimed at customers who operate a self-programmed shop or have special requirements for process integration in the areas of logistics and accounting.
in the future. In the future, Mustang will be another major textile company that will bill its online shop via CommDoo and benefit from the many functions of the CommDoo platform. Due to the increasing importance of the online sector, Mustang will in future be even more dependent than before on a versatile and flexible payment system. In addition to billing via credit card, PayPal, instant transfer and invoice, CommDoo's range of services also includes automated data exchange with the ERP system used by Mustang and other partners involved, e.g. in debt collection. A particular focus is on fraud protection. Intelligent algorithms in the CommDoo platform control the use of internal checks and external queries.
CommDoo GmbH dealers can now not only view statistics and track transactions in their online manager, but also place extensive orders.
With the conversion to the transaction system 3.0, CommDoo now distinguishes between more than 10 transaction types. From the reservation of a payment to various booking types to the notification of an incoming payment and the dunning run, the merchant always has a detailed overview of the various stages of a payment order. For each of these transaction types, there are different actions that can be executed in the Online Manager. Examples are rebills, credits, cancellations, cancellations, reminders, collection orders or the notification of incoming payments.
The fashion chain SinnLeffers will in future not only reach its customers in its 22 stores in Germany, but also via a new online shop. For this purpose SinnLeffers, in cooperation with Hermes Fulfillment and a specialized service provider, has had its own shop programmed. The purchase is invoiced by invoice, credit card, PayPal and direct debit. In addition to billing services, CommDoo is also integrated into risk management and processes transaction and billing data in a form that enables fully automated transfer to an SAP system.
CommDoo is the only payment provider in Germany to not only operate a platform for electronic payment systems (ePayments) but also its own platform for value-added numbers. Even though it has become more difficult for many providers due to new legal regulations as of summer 2012, value-added numbers remain an important component of corporate communications and billing portfolios for digital devices. Examples of the use of value-added numbers in CommDoo billing projects are, for example, the official Bundesliga football manager on bundesliga.de or car ratings at Eurotax-Schwacke.

CommDoo expands its portfolio with the services of First Debit GmbH.
In addition to its focus on debtor management and debt collection, First Debit has a wealth of experience in risk management. In combination with the leading risk management technology of CommDoo GmbH, this results in a great deal of added value for customers who trust in CommDoo's risk management.
CommDoo adds a multi-dimensional limit system to its risk management and thereby strengthens its leading position in fraud prevention. CommDoo's new multi-dimensional limit system allows partners to set different limits for different customer groups for risky payment methods. The limits define the maximum number of transactions and/or the maximum turnover within a defined period and are automatically adapted to the individual customer with each successfully completed transaction. The reference size of the limits can be individual parameters such as customer number, name or bank details as well as any combination of parameters such as last name and Straße. As a result, an ideal combination of limits can be provided for each product and service.
Customers of CommDoo GmbH can now also use ready-made payment modules for the shop systems ePages, Gambio and Veyton. As with all other payment modules, these modules were created entirely by our own programmers. This ensures that the individual requirements of the merchants can be implemented quickly and easily at all times.
As one of the few payment providers in Germany, CommDoo operates its own telephone servers for billing micropayment services. Currently almost 20 different types of services run on these servers.

Further information on HörTech gGmbH can be found at www.hoertech.de

From now on, providers of digital devices can integrate the CommDoo payment system within a few minutes. The call is made via a simple link, the Easy-Payment interface. All tariffs are stored in the CommDoo system and can be selected by the customer on the CommDoo payment window. Of course, the payment window - like all CommDoo payment windows - can be perfectly adapted to the provider's requirements. There are no restrictions on the payment methods available.

For example, Deutsche Telekom's PayByCall service was handled via CommDoo's technical platform.
The spectrum of new customers who have placed their trust in CommDoo ranges from industrial companies to consumer protection institutions.
