Prozessing
Processing is the technical payment processing of card business transactions such as authorisation, blocking management, sales settlement via internal clearing houses or externally commissioned companies.
Transaction processing
Processing is the handling of a transaction on a technical level between the customer the merchant and the merchant acquiring bank. SaaS payment processors (Software as a Service software licensing and delivery model where software is centrally hosted) provide a compliant electronic portal that enables a merchant to process single and recurring credit card payments (DSGVO compliant), process single and recurring ACH and cash transactions, and process wire transfers and web payments.
