Notification
Notification is used for online merchants to automatically track purchases and other server-to-server communications in real time.
Notification Tools
If a direct debit fails or no payment is received, online merchants are informed via notification tools. If desired, these notification tools can also be used to inform customers about specific events. This makes sense, for example, if a direct debit is to be announced so that the customer can ensure sufficient coverage. In the case of unlimited credit card subscriptions, the customer can also be informed in this way when the term of the credit card is approaching its end and he has to deposit a new credit card.
The main notification tools are transaction confirmations, EMS (Event Messaging System), TBMS (Time Based Messaging System) and customer information.

  • Transaction confirmations take place immediately following each initiated transaction (e.g. a payment transaction). One receives a confirmation whether the transaction was successful or not.
  • The EMS informs you in real time about specified events. Among these events can be transactions and status changes, as well as availability of certain modules.
  • Preferred areas of application of the TBMS are reports, such as daily sales overviews, comparisons and forecasts, which are usually sent by e-mail. Basically, however, all information can be transmitted by TBMS.
  • In many cases, our ratification systems can also be used to inform your customers about certain events. This includes, for example, an e-mail notification of a successful transaction, a reminder letter for a failed transaction or the announcement of a debit via SMS.
