Blacklist
Some companies keep an internal blacklist with customers and bank details or caller numbers. This has the advantage that customers who have already attracted attention due to fraud or lack of liquidity have no chance to book again. An increasingly important topic for payment providers.

People who have already caused payment defaults in the past have a high probability of further defaults. Therefore CommDoo maintains its own internal blacklist. Our customers can report suspicious users to us.
